1 General Introduction and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 9j999 platform and all of its services, games and financial transactions. By registering on 9j999 or using any of its services, you voluntarily declare that you fully accept these Terms.

2.4 Account Security

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on 9j999 is ৳300 per method. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Funds are credited to the account after each transaction is completed.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Processing times may vary if a verification process is ongoing at the time of the withdrawal.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

For large withdrawal amounts, 9j999 may request identity verification (KYC). If the required documents are not submitted on time, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means withdrawals can only be made after wagering 15 times the bonus amount.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each account may receive each bonus offer only once.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• 9j999 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4.4 VIP Program

The 9j999 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. You can move up to a higher tier through regular and active play. Bronze members receive up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver members receive up to 1.0% and Gold members receive up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

5.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:
