9j999 Responsible Gaming — Your Control, Your Limits
Enjoy entertainment mindfully. 9j999 is committed to keeping you safe at all times with deposit limits, self-exclusion, and time-out features.
Our Responsibility Commitment
9j999 believes that online betting and casino gaming should be purely a source of entertainment — never a cause of financial pressure or mental distress. That is why we place the wellbeing and safety of every player as our top priority. Responsible gaming is not an obligation; it is a mindful way of life — one that keeps the fun alive without the risk of harm.
Our platform offers every player multiple tools to help manage their playing time and spending. From setting deposit limits to taking a temporary time-out or a long-term self-exclusion — everything at 9j999 is within your control.
Remember: responsible gaming is not just about drawing a line — it is an active step toward protecting yourself and your family. If you ever feel that the game has stopped being enjoyable, reach out to us — we are always ready to help.

Responsible Gaming Tools
Deposit Limits
You can set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires additional verification, which protects you from impulsive decisions.
Time-Out Feature
Need a short break? Use the time-out feature to temporarily suspend your account for a set period — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. Logging in will not be possible during this time, so your safety is fully assured.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is getting out of control, choose self-exclusion. You can take a long-term break of 6 months to 5 years. Your account will be completely inactive during this period.
Bet Limit Setting
Set a limit on the amount of a single bet as well. This feature will prevent you from placing excessive bets in one session and will help you build disciplined betting habits.
Reality Check
A pop-up notification at set intervals will remind you how long you have been playing. This reduces the tendency to spend too much time playing and helps you stay aware.
Account Verification and Security
9j999 makes age verification mandatory on every account. Your personal and financial information is kept secure at all times using SSL encryption and a secure payment gateway.
Recognise the Signs of a Problem
A gambling problem most often develops gradually and can be difficult to recognise on your own. If you or someone close to you shows the signs below, please seek help — there is no shame in doing so.
- Repeatedly playing to try to win back money that was lost
- Hiding gambling from family or friends
- Spending beyond your means or borrowing money to gamble
- Trying to stop gambling but failing to do so
- Feeling restless or irritable when unable to play
- Prioritising gambling over work, family, or relationships
- Experiencing stress, anxiety, or depression because of gambling
Seeking Help Is a Sign of Strength
A gambling problem is a recognised mental health condition. It is not a character weakness. Getting help in time makes it entirely possible to return to a healthy, fulfilling life. Think of your family and loved ones and take that step today.

Always treat gaming as entertainment — not as a source of income. Set a budget for yourself and never go beyond it. Keep in mind:
- Only bet money that you can afford to lose without affecting your daily life
- Set a time limit for yourself before each session
- Be glad when you win and step away when you lose — that is the smart thing to do
- Never place a big bet when you are emotional
- Take regular breaks and spend time with your family
- If in doubt, talk to us — we do not judge, we help
